Eligibility - How to qualify for this Retail Hiring Grant?
Retail companies with SSIC code beginning with 47XXX (EXCLUDES 473XXX and 78XX)
Evidence of a retail storefront or e-commerce required for retail companies whose secondary SSIC Code begins with 47XXX OR 469XX (i.e. wholesale)
SMEs and Non-SMEs (ACRA registered) with minimum 30% local shareholding (SG Citizen and/or SG PR). Foreign companies and other foreign entities will not be eligible.
Minimum headcount of at least 30 employees (full-time & part-time retail workers including foreign workers). Part-time employees as defined by Ministry of Manpower as one who is under a contract of service and work less than 35 hours a week.
