ABOUT
SRA is partnering with FastJobs to create a holistic programme that will help retailers better understand the current job market. The year-long partnership will seek
to enhance the hiring effectiveness of retail employers
through workshops and sharing sessions on hiring optimizations, grants for utilizing employment
branding, and leveraging FastJobs' powerful tools
to increase manpower fulfillment.

Introducing Employer Branding
One of the biggest differentiating factor for businesses that are hiring is their Employer Branding. Think of it as marketing for your company from an Employer point-of-view. Just like how companies use branding to attract customers, employers can also use branding to attract their ideal employees!

Eligibility
  • Retailers' (as evidenced by their SSIC code)
    • Only the company's secondary SSIC Code begins with 47XXX
    • Companies with SSIC Code begins with 469XX (i.e. wholesalers)
  • Only ACRA registered local companies (with min. 30% Singapore Citizen and/or Singapore PR shareholding) will be eligible.
  • Foreign companies and other foreign entities alike will not be eligible for the SRA Employer Branding Starter Pack.
  • Company must have a minimum of 30 headcount (Full-time and Part-time). The employment size can include local and foreign full time workers as well as part-time workers. Part-time employee is defined as per MOM as one who is under a contract of service to work less than 35 hours a week.
  • Employer has no prior Employer Career Page on FastJobs or page has expired at least 1 year.
  • Retailers need not be an SRA member to qualify.
  • Company must have been validated by FastJobs and approved by SRA prior to purchase to be eligible
