Job Description:
● Develop my sports' performances : services solutions, adapted to suit my customer and across all channels (physical, digital).
● Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through close interactions.
● Offer our customers a seamless and smooth Omni-Channel Experience through the Decathlon app.
● Offer workshop services for personalizing my customer's product, or extending its lifespan.
● Set up physical experience-based layouts that highlight the range of our products & services.
● Ensure the physical availability of our products (store and online stock, orders, etc.).
● Ensure security for me and my customers (store, products and data security).
